I also would like to compliment the wait-staff at the breakfasts--they were AMAZING--couldn't do enough for us...every morning and every day of our stay. Jury's Inn is to be commended on their staff training and customer service policy!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Professional all around
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bes linens and bed comfort were excellent and quality towels
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Only a very short walk to Terminal 5, best location for the perfect start to your travel plans. We used the Spa and had great cocktails in the evening for the perfect start to our holiday.
Cons: The internal rooms are dark
8.5 Excellent
Cons: Too pricey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: The restaurant staff especially for breakfast, were great! The host remembered us and the omelette cook made every guest feel like you are the most important
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location in Terminal 5 could not be more convenient (I had heavy luggage) and I actually liked it better than hotels you reach via shuttle bus. There was a little confusion over my reservation, pretty quickly resolved but they were very nice and upgraded my room. I had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both good, breakfast buffet really varied and yummy looking, beyond the usual.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is such a great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion. As soon as we arrived the staff helped with our bags and we even got an upgrade to a king sized bed. The room was very clean and accommodating.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Sofitel is not a cheap option, but after a long haul flight it’s great to have the hotel right at the terminal. Fabulous breakfast and great soundproofing sets you up ready for the next leg of your travels.
Cons: My case was delayed so I would have liked extra touches expected in a higher end hotel. A bathrobe and toothbrush, comb and hair conditioner would have been nice. Also we were made to queue on checking in as we got stuck behind a plane full of people whose flight had been cancelled. We had a confirmed booking so it would have been appreciated if we could have checked straight in. Staff very friendly and helpful at reception and concierge the following day. I think we were unlucky with a bad patch at check in.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Good place to stay on an extended layover. Right next to Heathrow and convient to the Underground. Rooms were good and staff was helpful and polite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very convenient for a Heathrow departure. The room was large and very clean and quiet. I had breakfast and the food was good and so was the service. I also had room service, Indian food and it was delicious. have stayed several times here in the past two years and the front desk clerks have always been very nice and professional, go beyond the norm to make you feel welcome. i highly recommend this hotel.
7.7 Good
Pros: Convenient location with the tube just a stone's throw away. Staff are really polite. Place is clean.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Excels at the two things you need most from a hotel:comfy beds with top quality duvets and pillows, and a roomy, hot powerful shower.
Cons: Decor was bland and unimaginative. While the restaurant was excellent, it didn’t justify the silly price it charged.

Whether staying for business or leisure, Hilton Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 is the perfect location for a great stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was incredible and accommodating to all of our needs. Rooms were very nice and everything worked perfectly well, very convenient it is right next to Heathrow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convienience for early departure and easy walk to the Heatheow Express. Very clean, modern and comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to the airport was just what we needed before an early morning flight. Very friendly staff, a comfortable welcoming room and the choice of 3 eating places within the hotel made for a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Nothing worth putting into words.
7.1 Good
Pros: This was a very short stay, got in about 9pm and left at 6am. It was perfectly serviceable and comparably priced hotel. Comfortable beds, quiet, average breakfast buffet.
Cons: My only complaint is that the website doesnt make it clear how far away from the majority of the airport it is. Heathrow is a *giant* airport. If youre not used to these or you've never been to LHR, plan extra time & expect to walk much more than you'd expect. I was traveling with my elderly father & booked this hotel because it was "close and convenient" and he didnt want to take the tube to a hotel. We came in via Terminal 3, and it was a good 30 minute hike (inc inter-airport shuttle). We didnt realize you could call for a cart from Terminal 4 to the hotel lobby & my dad had a lot of trouble walking the distance. The clerk at the hotel told us to plan 30-45 minutes to walk back to Term 3 in the morning, or 10 minutes via cab (20 pounds for a cab, 10 for an uber). The sad thing was, I specifically confirmed the hotel I had originally planned was only a 30 minute tube ride and 3 minute walk away from the stop, so joke was on my dad. Also, room service is quite expensive (which may be the case with all Hiltons or London hotels). Worked out to be about $60 for 2 hamburgers/fries and a cokes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean modern rooms, excellent service
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We were given a newly refurbished room. The food in the two restaurants we dined was great. We did not dine at the Oriental restaurants.
Cons: Everything a bit pricey. Listed as having an airport shuttle, however that is only to terminal 5. You must walk a long distance and take a train to get to other terminals. Hotel Shouldn't be listed as having a shuttle.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very impressed by the staff, who did everything to make my stay a pleasant one. Outstanding breakfast.
Cons: The Heathrow Hilton advertises itself as being on the airport campus. Well, only just: and after a long walk from terminal 2 to terminal 3 to take the Heathrow Express to terminal 4, followed by another long walk to the hotel, one might be forgiven for wondering if an off-campus hotel might not have been easier and more convenient to reach. It took me at least a half hour, bags in hand, to stagger from the Customs Hall to the hotel. Be aware!
6.5 Good
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: Room was in serious need of updating Kind of disappointing for Hilton. I was informed that some sections of the hotel have been renovated. Overall I'll rather pay a little extra and stay at the sofitel in Terminal 5.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and like most other airport hotels.
Cons: The hotel is located a long ways from the international terminal which in itself isn't bad. The only way to get to the hotel though is to take a 14 dollar (round trip) bus from the terminal to the hotel. The bus only takes British pounds and doesn't take a credit card. This is the only major airport I think I've ever been to without hotel courtesy shuttles. Very disappointed with my 45 minute, 14 dollar commute to a hotel that's advertised as an airport hotel. The hotel also charges 20 dollars a day for internet. It's hard to believe the Motel 6 doesn't charge for internet and places like the Hilton still do.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, thorough and attentive. Very good if flying out of T4.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A newer hotel, quite contemporary without being shocking. Nice room reminiscent somewhat of IKEA. We stayed overnight between two 10+ hour international flights; I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Great staff!
Cons: The hotel is about a half-mile walk through a metal tube from Heathrow Terminal 4; it might be a challenge for someone with impaired mobility.
4.2 OK
Pros: Clean
Cons: Room wouldn't get warm. Bed hard as a rock. Shower gets water all over bathroom floor - no shower curtain, just some useless glass that covered about 1/3 of opening. Parking too expensive. Will never recommend this hotel or ever stay there again. Two thumbs down Hilton!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliest, most helpful staff. Modern, clean, well appointed rooms.
Cons: Nothing.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is lovely inside and out. The car parking is ideal although a little more expensive on event day. The hotel is very quiet but a nice atmosphere. The rooms are excellent, we had the deluxe double, the bed was more than enough room and spacious, a 42" tv and a bath with a tv.:) particularly liked the little added bonus of touch screen buttons for most such as the lights so you can dim just to your preference and heat too! Hotel is 15min walk to nearest tube station but nice enough out of the way of busy areas
Cons: It does say on their own website that they offer room service, we weren't sure till what time or if they did as there was just the menu for the restaurant in the room but when we called down a man just answered and told us no room service now. Didn't help much for future reference.

7.7 Good
Pros: Nothing special a dry hotel in spite of long standing prior booking for a couple the following draw back we found: 1.No bathroom slippers. 2.Safe allocated for guest use in the room is not prgramable. 2.No traditional card available as in any hotel be hanged on the exteriors of the room door requesting make up the room the only available cards are breakfast menu and don't disturb. 3.soap shampoo, shower gel and coditioner only for one person. 4.No stationery at all no paper or or pencils are available as in traditon . 5.lobby has no even a set of chairs as it used to be when we stayed in the same hotel same time. 6.inspite we have honours membership and we are restaying in the same hotel in less than a year they reluctant to grant us access to the lounge in spite of our prepaid booking. 7.no one botherd to come to clean up the room till we cheked out. CONCLUSION. These types of hotels or similar in the situation I mentioned either they are running in loss or not botherd as long prepaid booking done and especially if done through an agent. Nothing I can say about anything I can remember rather not having the zeal to come back unless things memtioned are sorted out
Cons: Nothing I liked in this hotel especially this time.

Pros: The free wifi was great to have. The rooms were clean and modern with a good size tv. Despite being next to LHR runway it was quiet. The breakfast selection was huge, everything fresh, best scrambled egg ever. All staff were friendly professional and very helpful.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I did find the ticket machine for the bus service to the airport didn't work with cash (just a minor thing) and I didn't see a business office for guests ( there may have been one but I didn't see one)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Despite its proximity to Heathrow, the room was very quiet as well as being clean, well air conditioned, and large by European standards.
Cons: Enjoyed the short stay before our flight.
7.1 Good
Pros: Close to the airport. Nice comfortable rooms. Executive lounge. Buffet breakfast not
Cons: Not kids friendly. No swimming pool. I am gold elite member several time requested front desk staff that I am entitled to enhanced speed internet but they never hot permission for it. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: Extremely pleasant and helpful staff both at front desk and concierge. Tasty restaurant with fast attentive service. Super comfy bed and nice updated bathrooms!!!
7.1 Good
Pros: Room was beautifully clean and the bed comfortable.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived late, 8:30 at night, and needed to print out our boarding passes. We had some trouble accessing the information but the concierge was patient and helped us get the passes printed. The morning breakfast was great. Finally, we needed something mailed and they agreed to do that too. So great service, great locations.

The staff is very polite. The location is nice. I liked the hotel and the rooms are office.
Pros: The rooms are quite spacious and always kept clean.
Cons: Most of the dislikes were my personal ones: the tube was not working but the city provided assistance to bus; late nights seemed pretty lonely and quiet for an arena area--no sports bars or late night shops Oh,

Cons: Nada
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet
Cons: Needed update
4.8 OK
Pros: The bathroom, location, and the airport shuttle.
Cons: Several of their staff were not professional and rude (to be fair, some were good). The fire alarm kept going off and kept waking me up in the middle of the night because somebody was smoking in another room.
6.0 Good
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere and the staff were really helpful and really friendly throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The interactive text help service is. A really good idea and helps when you have those little questions you need an answer too.
Cons: I didn't like that the bath wasn't clean, there were hairs in it and dirty marks on the sides of the bath.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I need back my $
Cons: Back $ pls
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is close to the airport and is therefore positioned for a last-day stay in the UK. As others have mentioned, the hotel is distinctive and, within the parameters of a franchise hotel, classy. After days of staying in serviceable but well-worn B&Bs, this was a real treat. A tip on transfers to/from Heathrow: while the Hotel Hoppa serves the Ren. Blu,, so do public busses, which are, at that point, free (the Hoppa is not). The London busses depart from the central bus facility at Heathrow, ideal for domestic arrivals. The Hoppa can take you to Terminal 2, convenient for US flights. We used this combo and saved a whole lot of walking with luggage.
Cons: Like many hotels of its size, the Ren. Blu. schedules large events (there were two huge wedding receptions while we were there). If you don't like masses of people in the public spaces around the lobby, you might be furstrated. I have to say, though, that, once upstairs, the revelers were invisible and inaudible.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are good quiet clean value for the money. The restaurants, particularly the bar, could really use improvement. Food not very good.
Cons: Bar food has gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good
