Cons (-) It's seems there is alot of work being done but there is plaster in almost every corner in my room, stains in the bathroom, and holes. It being Friday night one would expect traffic but alot of quick in and outs. I was even hit on to join a sex party which seems to be the main reason for the traffic. Just fells like a less than savory place.
