The power went out for the whole region, but they had backup generators for important services. The staff was right on top of everything. This is a small hotel with small rooms, for budget travelers. But given those limitations, they made everything as clean and comfortable as possible. Can't say enough nice words about the friendly and efficient staff, who were operating under stressed conditions...

Pros (+) The gentleman Rick went far and above with customer service, and so did the rest of the staff. Clean room, sheets and bedding. will be back again for sure

Cons (-) The TV could have had a better reception, and the mini fridge could have been defrosted so it worked a little better, but over all everything was nice

Cons (-) the entire floor smelled of cigarette smoke. the room was filthy. carpet bathroom. mattresses were soft old uncomfortable. when i asked for a room change the hotel clerk didnt try to change he told me there were no more rooms. the room keys stopped working after the first night
