Pros (+) Location - you can walk everywhere. Atmosphere of hotel - historic and interesting. Rooms with a balcony.
Cons (-) We paid for a room with a private balcony and when we got there, we were told the previous guests wanted to stay longer so they put us in another room. Very disappointing.

Cons (-) This area of the hotel really needs work. The menu needs to expanded to cater to chicken. It was really slow both at the restaurant and room service.

Pros (+) Location is ideal - you can walk everywhere. Hotel has good vibe. Get a room with a balcony in the main hotel - you can see what's going on in Northampton. Hotel is a big pricey but parking is free an...
Cons (-) Last time we got a room in the Residential Cottages which is not part of the hotel. It's in the middle of the parking lot and you feel that. Room was big with kitchenette but didn't like it.
