This hotel has facilities measuring 6000 square feet (557 square meters), including conference space. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: I had booked a room with a queen size bed, but they must have upgraded me to a king size. The room was very nice and spacious with a large bathroom and some very nice amenities; bathrobes, ironing board and iron. Nice continental breakfast with the price of the room in a lovely dining room. After check out we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot for the rest of the day for some downtown Christmas shopping. I look forward to staying here again.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is ideal - you can walk everywhere. Hotel has good vibe. Get a room with a balcony in the main hotel - you can see what's going on in Northampton. Hotel is a big pricey but parking is free and you don't need to drive to good restaurants. Continental breakfast is included but we're addicted to the 'Downtown' at Jake's restaurant
Cons: Last time we got a room in the Residential Cottages which is not part of the hotel. It's in the middle of the parking lot and you feel that. Room was big with kitchenette but didn't like it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Decor of the Hotel.
Cons: A Great and convenient location. I plan to return in the Future.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, great lobby, some rooms have balconies
Cons: Hotel decor is dated and could be refreshed but it's an historic hotel so not a big deal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location.
Cons: I would have liked a better price on the room as the hotel appeared to have very few guests
8.0 Excellent
Cons: This area of the hotel really needs work. The menu needs to expanded to cater to chicken. It was really slow both at the restaurant and room service.
7.7 Good
Pros: Very good location with lots of New England charm and ambiance. Very comfortable bed and an ample size room. Good continental breakfast was included in the price.
Cons: I was awakened by a loud group of intoxicated people after midnight. I felt like I was back in my college dorm days; very annoying! I'm sure that someone called from my floor before I did as the disturbance ended after about 15 minutes. I complained to the manager the next morning who knocked 20 bucks off my bill of 200. I don't think that was enough for the hassle of being woken up from a dead sleep, especially from a luxury hotel. Needless to say, I don't think I'll ever stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Size of room good.it was quiet location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: You can walk anywhere in Northampton from this hotel. It was built in the 1920's so has a lot of charm but it's been updated. Room on high floor with balcony is best. Free parking. Jake's for great breakfast is right across the street.
Cons: Rooms can be noisy - don't get room near elevator or stairs otherwise it's fine.

Pros: the front desk are awesome.

Pros: The size of the room and setup.
Cons: The hotel is being remodeled and the hotel's pool was closed. We solely reserved at this hotel for the use of the pool with our child after a day of visiting family.

Cons: It was quite noisy in the parking lot right outside my door. Had difficulties sleeping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super beautiful and clean, it was a really lovely space and only made better by the accessible pricing! Also ample parking, which can be very hard to find in Northampton! Hot breakfast was very much appreciated as well. The person who checked us in (Adam) was incredibly sweet and very welcoming, and the manager Hayden went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had the best stay possible. 10/10!
