Cons (-) The woman who was at reception, no interest what so ever. Abysmal customer service! Didn’t even make me aware of what facilities were available on site, what time the restaurant close or what time check out was. The bed was atrocious, hard and uncomfortable, dust in the room and cupboards, loads of noise from outside. Cold room, heating unit was too loud. Would never recommend this hotel. Worst ev...

Cons (-) Ordered room service and the chicken was under cooked! (Still bloody) do not expect this for a 17 pound meal.
