Pros (+) The staff was lovely and accommodating when I needed tickets printed or in trying to find a parking space.

Cons (-) We didn't get towels on the first night even though we checked in well past midnight and had to leave early the next morning. The room needs a dehumidifier because it has a pungent damp smell upon entry and there is no flow of air in there.

Pros (+) Sort of close to the subway, nice staff.

Cons (-) Sheets were not cleaned at all and had dirt/sweat stains all over the sheets, shower was moldy, outlets in walls did not work properly, tv did not work, card reader barely worked, bad area of London, and very thin walls.
