Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting beautiful views of the lake and convenient access to the city center. The service, especially at reception and in the restaurant, was often described as friendly and helpful. However, many guests were disappointed by the breakfast, citing poor quality, limited variety, and chaotic organization. Several reviews also mentioned small or outdated rooms and issues with noise, particularly from live music and street activity, which affected sleep quality. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its prime location and welcoming staff, but improvements are needed in breakfast and room comfort.
