Pros (+) They accommodated a special request with no hesitation. The room was clean and spacious. The lobby is gorgeous. Free WiFi and breakfast which was good. No complaints and would stay there again.
Pros (+) The beds were comfortable the staff was very nice and the location was convenient. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen at a hotel. This election was superb and the staff was excellent at replacing items that were missing. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. The value for the money was definitely worth it!
Cons (-) The entire experience was great so there isn't anything that I didn't like.
Pros (+) I couldn't believe how nice the hotel was for the price. Very good customer service at the front desk, made me feel welcome and were personable. One of the better hotel breakfasts I have had.
