Cons: The insurance through Kayak website is deceiving. It should be stated it has nothing to do with Enterprise Rental.

Love renting from Enterprise
Pros: Very personal care and attention to my needs, quick check-out and easy check-in. Office staff very friendly and helpful.

In the Parking Lot
Pros: I wasn't late to work.
Cons: Met me outside in the parking lot, used an ipad to check me in: OK
Needed my licence and credit card: Its been raining, its wet outside, my arms are full. I have to put my bags on the ground.
Gave me a Toyota that had not been cleaned. Dirt on the back seats, debris on the floor. I'm told "Oooops! Wait here."
Returns with keys to a "free upgrade" an SUV (GAS HOG).
Realized later I was overcharged. Called to ask :
"Sometimes that happens - did you checked in on the ipad?"
The SUV is a Jeep, clunky and uncomfortable. I tried to swap it out later in the week. Learned this location owns their vehicles & don't always have the options that show up on websites.
Pros: Peppy little car, wonderful to drive. Straight forward pick up and drop off. Like that we had unlimited miles and economical on gas. We were d going to be charged for an extra day sure being two hours late at drop off, but they got the time wrong on pick up and we were an hour late, and amended invoice

Don't count on anything but bare boned essential
Pros: Car was clean
Cons: Huge push and advertisements for GPS. None. No maps, no instructions or help with car.

No Car Available Location Owner Agressive
Cons: Despite reserving a vehicle online, there was no car available to pick up. The owner of the location berated me on the phone.
