Very clean and comfortable. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.
The price (expensive)
I liked that it was visually striking with clean architectural lines and felt new. The food options were sufficient and it was great that there was no smoking in the whole place. Housekeeping staff was exceptional in accommodating our requests.
Check in was not very welcoming, not sure if the person was overwhelmed or some other issue. The beds were sunken in the middle with different style pillows which some felt very old. The view from the room was supposed to be the potomac but we were given something looking at a field of trees which was also obstructed by the lines design on the glass. And the LED lighting outside was too bright even with the curtains closed. And there was a curtain fixture to separate the sleeping area with the bathroom but there was no curtain.
The restaurants were good.
The room smelled like mothballs. The restaurants closed too early.
Was not worth the amount paid.
