Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, spacious rooms, and good location. However, there were frequent complaints about the pool being unclean or unavailable, and several guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing unprofessional or indifferent staff. While many found the rooms comfortable and the building beautiful, issues with pool maintenance and inconsistent service detracted from some stays.
