Overall, guests are very pleased with the hotel's cleanliness, well-maintained pools, and the variety and quality of food offered at the restaurant and breakfast buffets. The thermal and swimming pool facilities are frequently highlighted as excellent, and many reviewers mention that the hotel is clean and comfortable. While some guests experienced issues with service, such as unfriendly staff or confusion at check-in, the majority found the staff helpful and the hotel well-run.
