Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, a significant drawback mentioned by several guests was the lack of an elevator, which made upper floors difficult to access, especially for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Some guests also found the rooms to be small and the building somewhat dated, but overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
