Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to explore Paris and access public transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning memorable service experiences. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Comfortable beds and thoughtful room design were also appreciated. However, some guests found the rooms to be smaller than expected, and a few mentioned issues with value for price or minor service inconsistencies. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for visitors.
