This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been! At the arrival the bathroom of our room was extremely dirty, full of hair in the sink and in the shower and pieces of toilet paper. Once I informed the reception, they seemed disinterested: a woman came in our room cleaning the floor, the sink and the toilet with the same cloth and only with water: this is disgusting and not acceptable for a FOUR stars hotel. Other things you have to know before to book this hotel (in the unfortunate event you are forced to come here) are: - there is not minibar, coffee machine or any bottle of water in the room. - despite the unacceptable awkwardness of the dirty bathroom, they charged us 2 bottles of water (50 cl) for 8€. - receptionists (one in particular) are extremely insolent. - it seems a one star hotel, not even comparable with a 2 states hotel, even only for the embarrassing room cleaning. Two words: stay away.

Staff was excellent.
There should have been fridge in room and for price breakfast should have been included not extra.

This hotel met expectation as stated on the Internet. Staff were friendly. Much more safe than Novotel suites

This is a clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. For Paris the rooms are a good size, especially the bathroom which can be a challenge for big guys in the City of Lights.
Nothing negative to say. Oh, they only had Carlsberg beer.

The public areas in the lobby were very nice, unfortunately it didn't carry up to the room ( sparse, tired furniture ). The staff in the dinning room were very nice and helpful.
The location of the hotel is fine, unfortunately it is on a small side street with nowhere to park and unload your luggage. We arrived around 8 pm on a Friday evening after a long and stressful drive to Paris. We were not greeted or acknowledged by the person at the desk ( she was busy being impatient and rude to another guest). When I was able to get her attention and I asked her about where to park our car to unload(there is on street parking on both sides of the street and were completely full), she said if there was nothing on the street then there was public parking around the block and down the street, with a totally nonchalant attitude. Getting checked in seemed to be an imposition of her time. This attitude continued the next day when we were asking questions about taking an excursion. She handed us a brochure and as far as she was concerned she was done ( there were no other guests around, she was not busy at the time). No offer of helpful suggestions or information. Her attitude was totally unprofessional.
A mid-19th century townhouse located on a quiet side street neighbouring Rue St. Honoré. Hotel Le Lavoisier is a trendy boutique hotel in paris with an innovative décor. Its refined pastel shades, and neo-classical furniture inspire elegance and serenity. The result is truly beautiful and refreshing.
