Greay comfortable services.
Good Night's Sleep, but We Won't Return
The staff gave us a new room right away next door to our first room after we notified them that our room was not secure. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the night was quiet.
After unloading our car and moving into our room, we discovered that the deadlock didn't work and that the chainlock-type bar to keep the door open just a couple of inches was about to fall off the door jamb. This was unacceptable. We had also noticed that the molding around the air conditioner was broken and had fallen off the wall. The draperies were did not keep all light out. The refrigerator in our secure room lacked shelves and was very loud. The management was obviously concerned with cutting corners. Styrofoam cups for breakfast coffee; maids were given grocery shopping carts for cleaning supplies and linens. A junk/workroom was next to our room; the draperies were open so anyone could see its mess of broken fixtures and hardware.
awesome deal, awesome location
Great value, close to brianhead
location was convenient, staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, overall a pleasant stay.
clean and comfortable, extremely helpful staff, wi-fi had good speed, easy to find and across the street from market, heater worked well
exterior stairs had uneven surface (possibly for better traction in snow), toilet needs more water pressure, carpet edges need cleaning
