Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and pool, as well as unclean towels and bedding. Bed comfort was also a common issue, with several reviews mentioning mattresses that were too soft or worn, and pillows that were too firm or tall. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests reporting unhelpful or rude staff and unresolved complaints. The location was generally described as convenient for drivers, but not ideal for those without a car.
