Cons:

Car stank of marijuana - the worst kind of smell ever in the fabric of the car It never went away the entire trip. And the kids couldn’t stand it. Horrible every single tome we used the car. Umbearable - why would Alamo rent a car like this to anyone? Big mistake especially with kids

The price on Kayak was for a managers special. Which they make an electric car then charge nearly 100 to “upgrade” to an automatic. Complete rip off. All the staff were courteous but the whole thing is a corporate scam.

Since I needed a car, it was good. The counter person was dismissive, just did the basics, explaining both (such as do I bring it back filled or not?, THAT was important and expensive), then handed me paperwork with instructions to go to the Dollar kiosk in the garage for my keys and vehicle. No one has entered the Dollar kiosk in that garage in quite a whlie. No employee present anywhere near, I wandered around, found the car, still no help. 15 minutes later a car driver brought a car in and saw me, directed me to the HERTZ kiosk for my keys. She actually got the keys for me. I wish I had her name. The car was not clean, had several minor things that no longer worked, nothing that affected drive ability and I was already hours late. Little, annoying things. And the oil change notice kept coming on at odd times. It was NOT worth that kind of money.

Drop off easy.

Cons:

Dollar window was closed so we had to go to Hertz who took their customers first. Car was very stinky and the key fob went dead half way through our trip and we had to stop and replace it as we were afraid the car wouldn't start or we wouldn't be able to lock or unlock it at a stop

The sales people during pickup and drop off were all great. One person truly stood out and that was Dennis. If my work was in Florida I would hire him today. An upbeat, positive and genuinely charismatic young man who believes in treating his customers like family. I would go back to Enterprise just for his service skills alone. Overall excellent experience with Enterprise this time.

The drop off at airport was convenient which was comp’d because of the terrible service.

Cons:

Everything. We waited over an hour for a rental truck that smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. It was awful.

Pros:

Comfortable car. Service at pickup was good, they were very busy and the cars weren’t clean at the time of pickup.

Cons:

The first car we got was obviously recently smoked in and we requested a change in car. We got a less valuable car than the original (smoked in car). The car was previously smoked in but had been covered up and was not as strong as the first. That was very disappointing. Ever had a bad experience with an enterprise car until this rental.

The car was fine. Budget was deceptive regarding the Toll Fees. I was asked if I wanted to pre-pay for Toll's and I declined as I was told I would receive something in the mail. They are now trying to charge me $17.00 for "Toll Convenience Fee" when the toll itself was only 3 dollars.

Friendly staff. Vehicle smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Because of this exchanged the Vehicle to different one and the new one also smelled VERY strongly of cigarette as well... also the 2nd vehicle only had a small amount of gas in it when we picked it up.

I waited for over 2 hours for my vehicle at the airport and then waited another 30 minutes in the garage only to find out literally the only vehicle they had was a minivan and not the truck I needed. 3 other people went after me and picked up other vehicles but for some reason they singled me out and literally just ignored me while I waited patiently. The staff were not clear in what the problem was nor was there any sort of management or sense of urgency. I want a refund for wasting my time, giving me a terrible large oversized vehicle for me just one person, for my one vacation I take a year, and doing nothing to treat me as a customer or person. They could have easily given me a small car or suv but said no when asked.. minivan only. They also messed up on the booking and added a day before I even picked it up.

Not being able to pick up my car at the airport was an inconvenience. Having to get an Uber there and dropping my car back off there and having to Uber to the airport again a big inconvenience! The car they gave me was okay, I would have preferred an SUV like I had originally reserved.

The vehicle and hertz staff were all good. The location to pick up was terrible. There was no way to get there from the airport without a taxi service which costs an additional 50 dollars. The hertz vehicle rental in the airport was totally unwilling to assist and basically said tough luck, get a cab! I will never go this route again and go through a different service altogether to find my rentals. This was not explained well enough if at all that I can recall.

Our rental ended up being through hertz since i guess they all share a counter down there. So not really any interaction with Thrifty.

Cons:

JUST DON'T USE PRICELINE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Especially during covid.

Staff very friendly. drop off simple as a man in the garage was able to accept the key.

Cons:

didnt like that I was told, after charged, that the option I chose for gas meant thst I had to pay for a full tank of gar regardless of how much gas I left in the tank, and that I had to pay for the priveledge.

Cons:

We booked an SUV online but were told they didn’t have any available. In fact they didn’t have any cars at all. We had to wait about 3 hours (there were several other who we’re waiting as well) for a car to be returned and cleaned. This put us off schedule and we missed our appointment.

Spent almost an hour at the desk for pickup, and I was the only one there. Bother employees were new, and didn’t know exactly how to click through all the screens/forms. They were nice and friendly, but company shouldn’t leave them to hang like that. Not to mention I shouldn’t have to wait that long.
