This was a great place from beginning to end! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, polite and above all else - Friendly! The hotel was located just far enough from the business of “downtown” but close enough that you were central to everything you could possibly want to do here. We stayed one night here due to an outpatient surgery I had in Boyne City. We didn’t want to make the 2 hour drive home when I was released. The staff was accommodating and allowed an early check in so I could rest. Clean and quiet hotel.

Pros (+) All staff, a.m. p.m. shifts were excellent, very friendly.
Cons (-) Calling the room bay view was a stretch, you could see it in the distance but saw more of the building's roof next door and their rooftop equipment.
