Cons (-) Kayak and/or apparently booked a smoking room for me even though I requested non smoking. Luckily they had a non smoking available when I arrived but if they hadn't it would have been awful as I am allergic to cigarette smoke.

Pros (+) The bed and chairs were clean and comfortable
Cons (-) Some maintenance was skipped before my check-in. Bathroom sink was dirty, toilet was dirty, stove had two electric burners but only one worked.

Pros (+) Location was adequate and nice and clean room.
Cons (-) There was a fire @ 0330. It was a miserable night with the worst timing. It wasn't the staffs' fault with the fire situation, but how they handled the situation and compensation post fire was the problem. Management offered 25% off of one night. I thought that the whole night should have been compensated because of the time of night that the event occurred. It wasn't a good experience.

Cons (-) Probably the nastiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. My niece found a condom in the dresser draw, the towels were dirty, everything was just awful. I will do everything in my power to avoid staying at this hotel, ANYWHERE in America, not just Philadelphia. I will also do my best to keep people away through WOM and no matter where I am. It was just awful.
