Pros (+) The peace and quiet was nice. When we were in our room there was no noise from traffic or other guests. We had a coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator so warm snacks were great. The continental breakfast was a great bonus for us.
Cons (-) The facility is old so if you're expecting the Ritz you're going to be disappointed. The owners have made every effort to keep up with repairs and the building and rooms were very clean.
