Pros (+) Excellent service and hospitality from the moment I was in touch with the resort after booking. So helpful with anything that you may need, from airport bookings/transfers and activity reservations. The property was very nice, a little removed from the hustle and bustle that may be encountered at other resorts. Naia definitely does not skip details. Cons (-) That I left sooner than LobsterFest was to begin! More lighting on the property - hard to see on the walk back to my building after dinner (especially being alone!). Unpredictable timing of housekeeping - one day the staff came at 11:30am, another day it was 2:30! So it was just easier for me to hang a “Do not disturb sign”. Otherwise, it was a nonissue!
