Pros: Good for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast basic but does the job great location
4.2 Okay
Pros: Proximity to shops, Cathedral, city
Cons: No bar open, one had to purchase a whole bottle of wine. Car park was not convenient for disabled. Restaurant was closed and the bedroom was minimal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good Hotel with privite parking, very convenient for self-driving traveling.
Cons: None.
7.5 Good
Pros: Centrally located
4.0 Okay
Cons: Very noisy location
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff were very friendly and efficient. The location is perfect, close to the city centre, shops and restaurants, but also public parkings and the road leading out of the city.
Cons: The window 'view' from the 1st floor was into the building itself, facing a catwalk from where someone would be able to peer into the room. The room was comfortable but had to keep the curtains closed at all times (almost no natural light anyway). Soundproofing towards the corridor was not great. The price was too high for the conditions offered.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: There was no water. And then the rooms were not as expected. Very dark and gloomy.
5.4 Okay
Pros: good location
Cons: difficult to park the car.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Reims? This hotel has facilities measuring 3229 square feet (300 square meters), including conference space. Free self parking is available onsite.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Funky decor but a bit to much for me
Cons: Where to start. I feel hotel has had some improvements recently but stoped short. Staff when you actually spoke to them nice enough but they were a bit non existent. No one serving in the bar on a Friday night then when they did appear were un caring that paying customers were kept waiting. Breakfast over priced and what was there lacked in quality. Food suppose to be hot was cold and again no staff to help out. Defo won’t be back
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were mega helpful and all spoke English on the front line. The modern touch and little add ons like the photo booth and quirky table football are nice. The evening meals and breakfast were superb. Champagne a glass is very reasonable too, hic.
Cons: Building site next door. Car covered in dust.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Good staff & breakfast
Cons: Rooms were tatty and generally run down. Not 3*
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the design of the hotel. All the trendy artistic part of it. The room was nice with that little sentence about ART really nice touch
Cons: Maybe the staff was a bit slow but not the worst so fine by me and the location it a bit far from the city center
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, very friendly staff, good restaurant. Very close to city centre which is easily accessible
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good and free parking space .Nice staff at the bar willing to make me the tea just minutes after formal closing. The person from the staff to comensate for my not being able to eat normal breakfast deduced breakfast cost from my bill.
Cons: There was no regular space for reception desk just a guy with a laptop somewhere in the hotel lobby calling himself receptionist .Reception ignored my request to wake me up for breakfast. Wifi was not working in my room which was on the ground floor at the very end of the corridor. In fact this ground floor reminded me more of a basement. I reccomend to stay at the Ibis which is just next to this so called Mercure hotel and probably costs much less..Using brand Mercure for such accommodation deppreciates this brand which I believe is inteneded to be positioned higher than Ibis, This Mercure hotel in Reims reminded me of cheap American motels as known from the movies. I will not stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great everything you could want . The location was just out of town so quiet but easy access for city. Staff really good and helpful .
Cons: Nothing really
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to motorway
Cons: Nothing to dislike

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The place is well located, easy to find parking. The bed was comfortable, the shower was big enough. The mini bar has a good choice for the level of the hotel.
Cons: The general cleanliness is not at top levels. The breakfast not worth it for the price in terms of quality.
7.9 Good
Pros: Quiet room, parking for free in front of the hotel, nice pool
Cons: Room slightly outdated
7.0 Good
Pros: good breakfast, nice and fresh too. lots of nice typical french goodies, including hot chocolate and croissants. I actually had boiled eggs on the second morning, just right.
Cons: Location was a little further than we thought, but still walking distance into the main street. Car parking was safe but a bit of a lottery getting a place in front of the hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a well kept family run hotel about 15 minutes walk to the train and the tram station. The owners are onsite and clearly care about their guests. Our room wasn't very large but very comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent and spacious. Breakfast was very good with a full selection of hot and cold things. They have lots of parking in front of the hotel or offer parking in a secure garage just down the street a few houses for a modest price. As we were on the motorbike we took them up on this and were well pleased. Be aware that the hotel has building located on both sides and that at any one time only one reception is open.
Cons: There isn't much immediately around the hotel but it is not very long of a walk to the city.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet location not too far from town centre. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Well run and organised.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was caring and we were able to check in early.
Cons: Location is not ideal for experiencing Reims- very quiet neighborhood (not near shops/restaurants), about 15 mins walk to sights. Bedding was different that expected (double bed for 2nd bed instead of 2 singles). Room was small for 3 adults, but the bathroom was fairly spacious. We had to book this due to a last minute cancellation at Airbnb, so it was not our ideal. Room is tired, but the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice and the bathroom was functional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms very big big bed and comfy very large shower handy mini bar
Cons: Very nice places will stay again nice pool and very modern and clean
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, great value for money, comfortable room, swimming pool
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We received a very warm welcome from the host who was very helpful with information on the local area. Our room had a huge bed which was very comfortable and a large bathroom, both of which were spotlessly clean. The room was rather small but we like a big bed so were happy with the compromise. Breakfast was served in the other half of the hotel on the opposite side of the road and there was a very good choice. The hotel has a lovely pool which would be great in the summer and there is also a hamman although we didn't use this in the end. Town is approx 15 minute walk away and is easy to find, there are also some restaurants on the way in. Would definitely stay here again if in the area

Our work spaces, combine technology and modularity and have everything you need. All the services we offer at our Mercure will mean you have a great stay in the heart of Reims.
6.7 Good
Cons: No gym. Window in the room was small. Breakfast buffet was overcrowded. The toilet seat was so far off the floor that a short person's feet were in the air.
6.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice even though it was 18 Euros. I think the pricewas reflective of a 4 star hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre so fairly central for most things. Staff on reception were helpful pointing out where I needed to go and phoning for a taxi. Even dishing out bin bags on the day of the race for the pouring rain.
Cons: The TV was nearly all in French so out of the 40 or so channels only two were English speaking. I have been in lesser hotels which has had SKY< BBC etc - this only had BBC world news and there is only so much news you can watch!. It is a shame that there was not a proper desk in the room only an enlarged bedside table. NOt enough space to put thinks down
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room Good, modern reception and bar restaurant area Great location, only a very short walk to cathedral and city centre Convenient underground parking Good breakfast, served from 6.30am
Cons: Nothing really
6.7 Good
Cons: Staff covering breakfast weren’t that friendly. It felt like we were inconveniencing them asking for more milk or anything that had run out.
7.6 Good
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: WiFi was unstable in our room.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location and kindness of part of the staff: reception and cleaning people.
Cons: Bad smell (sewage) in some floors and not so kind / customer oriented people at the hotel bar
7.1 Good
Pros: Well situated and has parking
Cons: Have stayed here before but the restaurant has deteriorated both in its selection of food and the service provided by its staff. Was disappointed as we were very pleased last time we stayed
Overview Reviews
See hotel page Located near the train station, the Notre-Dame cathedral and Reims' convention centre, The Originals City, Hotel Le Bristol, Reimswelcomes you. It high 19th century faade reigns over Erlon square, the long pedestrian street that you can observe at your ease from the brasserie's terrace adjoining the hotel. Eric Dujourd'hui and his team will know how to welcome you properly in this functional 3 star with 40 rooms.
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent location close to the railway station, the old town, bars, restaurants, etc. Hands down the friendliest and most professional staff members I have seen in France. Cleanliness. Beautiful restaurant. Room size was good.
Cons: The bed was not always comfortable. The absence of a minibar was surprising at first, but I got used to it. I would have enjoyed more variety for breakfast
6.7 Good
Pros: It was central in Reims and close to the train station, the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was clean and the room and bathroom were big. Had it’s own private balcony.
Cons: It was very loud, I hardly slept. The amenities were few and made no sense. You got coffee which was amazing but no milk, no kettle or tea. Not even a bottle of water. The room was awkward, a random stool was in the corner and the side table was tucked away from the bed. For what it costs, it wasn’t worth it.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Lift worked. Very clean. Friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our room facing the pedestrianised street at the front of the hotel. It was comfortable and smartly decorated and the two sets of double doors to the balcony were perfect. The staff were so welcoming and we had a great dinner of mussels at its adjoining restaurant Edito, where the staff were equally as friendly. We loved how the hotel has kept its old, and characterful facade with gorgeous balconies and it’s fabulous old lift (not used for people transport any more, just laundry) but has refurbished the interior in a stylish, eclectic way. Great bathrooms. Incredibly close to the underground parking station where the hotel has an arrangement for you to park at a discounted rate. We had a ton of very heavy luggage and this made getting to the hotel so easy. A room at the back of the hotel would probably be quieter but you’d miss out on being in the thick of things. We would definitely stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is extremely well-locatedNear the train station and the pedestrian area with tons of restaurants, covered shopping arcades, cafes, and tourist sights. The restaurant has a broad selection and the hotel is charming and clean. The staff are very nice.
Cons: For families, ask for a room away from the street. The street is a bit loud (because the hotel is in an area with lots of restaurants).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The croissants at breakfast were delicious. The location was perfect
Cons: The room could use more lighting. The breakfast was expensive for what is offered, although the croissants were very good. At checkout the lady informed us to exit the parking structure we need to feed the first card into the reader and then feed the parking pass they provided. We did and the gate didn't open. We had to park again and walk back to hotel. She then explained we needed to pay at the meter first and said she thought we already knew that. I said we stayed 2 nights at the hotel but she said we only get the discount rate for 24 hours so we had to pay the full rate for the second night. That doesn't seem accurate. Oh well

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location very central, good ambience in the bar area, room very nicely decorated and staff very helpful
Cons: Expensive and breakfast not included, storage space very limited in the room. No drawer space.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The warm water from the swimming pool. After complaining of cold, we received a free breakfast in the morning.
Cons: The dirty and smell from the sauna. The cold rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything almost....
Cons: The newly refurbished bathrooms have very long and thin basins/troughs with one tap right at the end - which look nice but are very impractical and leave barely any space to put your own products, cosmetics etc. I am an interior design so appreciate good design but this unusually for this hotel is a big mistake.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Steps away from the fountain and busy pedestrian plaza full of delicious shops, the lux hotel is the perfect Reims basecamp. Wonderful front desk staff. Exceptionally large (by Europian Standards) rooms. Enjoy!
Cons: Public parking across street is NOT 24 hours without gate ticket - front desk staff should have warned us. Also public parking self pay kiosk did accept USA VISA bank cards (I tried them all). Tip - pay inside parking office before returning to your car

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely traditional villa in a large garden, sitting over impressive cellars. A great little champagne tour and tasting right there at the villa.
Cons: There was no nearby restaurant for our evening arrival.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The whole building is very nice, the combination with the tour through the cellars makes it a really cool place to have a stay over. The champagne is fab too.
Cons: All really good. Only thing that the superior room didn't have was a hook to put the showerhead up, so you could only have a bath, but not really a shower
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, peaceful location and best of all the own brand champagne is some of the best we tried. The living rooms downstairs were a treat to spend time in with family sampling the champagne. Staff were all welcoming and friendly and helpful with suggestions for dinner places and local attractions to see.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely traditional building set in well looked after large garden. Champagne served with breakfast - what's not to like! Tour of the cellar was fascinating.
Cons: On the top floor the wifi signal could have been stronger
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a small boutique hotel, and we experience a very personal service. For breakfast guests sit round a large table, which means it’s easy to get to know some of the other guests if you want to.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: No heating
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality and communication. Location is around some of the most adorable small towns.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the villa, especially thanks to Charles who took very good care of us. We stayed in the Nature Room overlooking the grounds, vineyards and town. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. The sitting room downstairs has a magnificent picture window with a spectacular view of the grounds. It was really a lovely property.
