Pros: Reception staff very helpful
Cons: Curtain not hung properly, wardrobe door handle broken, towel rail came off wall, radiator control valve broken
5.0 Okay
Pros: The cleanliness and the hot water
Cons: The shower did not work and the question is: Why? The hotel must have known this so why hadn't it been repaired? The room was hot but there were no instructions on how to turn down the heat. The truth is, sadly, this is not a hotel it is somewhere to stay. With some effort and a little investment it could be so much more.... but my feeling was that the owners were quite happy to settle for what they had. Which , in truth is a big building with bedrooms to rent.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kids eat free, excellent. Comfortable room. Handy location for Molineux.
Cons: I always feel a little insulted when I'm asked to pay a security deposit as I want to pay with cash. Myself & my 7 year old son were hardly going to trash the room with Coke & hookers. Not the fault of the staff on duty
