A little disappointed in the breakfast and the options of coffee, but it was fine. Didn't get any body lotion in the room, which was a little surprising. Your shampoo/condition, etc. products are always great and I do like to use them, but no lotion. The room was clean and very nice. Will always look for The Hampton as a first choice in hotels. Thanks!

Extremely expensive for what was offered. The check in staff were not too friendly. There was minimal shampoo etc in the room. Breakfast was definitely lacking in selections and options. Disappointed for what we were “forced” to pay .

Pros (+) Friendly front desk and making sure I had everything I need from a longs day travel. Wonderful selection for breakfast.
Cons (-) The inconvenience of my room key failing to work the first time.

Pros (+) My room was cleanly, relatively spacious, and appeared to be prefect... until the night.
Cons (-) I was woken up at all hours of the night by the moaning and banging on the wall from the neighbors just left of my room. What I don't understand is why would they put a solo traveler direct next to a couple when they had the whole hotel to fill out. It was loud, and extremely inconvenient to be woken up by thin walls and disturbing neighbors.

Pros (+) The room was clean. Hotel was easy to find. Breakfast had all the basics plus healthy options (healthy for a hotel breakfast anyway).
Cons (-) We spent the first night of our honeymoon here. The hotel seemed nice and staff was pleasant but we got the worst room in the place! It was right off the elevator and right over the automatic doors for the main entrance. Yup that's right, not only did we hear everyone on our floor going in and out all night but we got to hear everyone going in and out of the building ALL FREAKING NIGHT AND INTO TH...

Pros (+) Clean rooms and common facilities. Wonderful hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Easy to find and get to off the highway.
