Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the friendliness and helpfulness of some staff members. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including slow or unresponsive staff, lack of professionalism, and poor management. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, worn-out furnishings, and maintenance problems. Breakfast and bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed. While a few guests enjoyed their stay and would recommend the hotel, many expressed dissatisfaction due to service and cleanliness shortcomings.
