Upside: nice large screen TVs, despite the room being pretty small all the little things were well organized and efficient it was t a detriment The Bad: First room had an access panel that was hanging above the shower with a dirty tub. Second room the bed sagged quite a bit it was difficult for either of us to sleep. You had to validate your parking with the desk everything you went in and out

When we arrived at the Hilton, there was a sign that the hotel was closed and customers were relocated to a different hotel nearby. We trudged over there with all our luggage, only to be told that our reservation had been cancelled and they were fully booked. They showed us the email they received from the booking company claiming that we had refused the relocation and requested the cancellation. ...

Pros (+) Room was perfect for me and I slept very well; comfortable bed and pillows, clean, huge TV, beautiful view of west side hills, and very convenient for conference and downtown activities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Reservationists were able to keep me in my same room for all three nights even though I had to make two reservations (one at conference rate and one at Hilton Honors rate for...
Cons (-) Because of my back to back reservations, the digital key would not work during the 2nd reservation. The digital key is super convenient so I missed not being able to use it the last 2 nights, but it wasn’t a big deal to carry the key card. The only other suggestion is as a conference attendee: I’m a big water drinker and carry a water bottle throughout the day. There had been plenty of water to re...

Pros (+) Hotel is always wonderful.
Cons (-) Due to snow and ice storm I had to cancel. The hotel was fine with it. It was within their 24 hours. Unfortunately, the company I used on kayak stated I would have needed to cancel on the same date that I reserved!!!!! Are you kidding me? Don't reserve through them. They do not care what terms the hotel has.

Pros (+) Tuesday night, December 20, the elevators were so noisy I was deprived of my sleep. Hilton should check the elevators There was construction going on so lobby level elevators were roped off for the evening so guests had to walk up two flights of stairs to gain access to the elevators. It appeared the construction crew was cognizant of cleaning up and they kept the worksite swept. However, on the 2...
