The hotel is extremely well located in vibrant downtown Portland. Very clean room with an exceptionally well stocked mini bar and comfy bed. Cozy library room by the lobby, great space to entertain a conversation, read a book or enjoy a drink.
Restaurant menu and room service were a bit short of vegan options. $50/night for valet parking felt a bit over the top considering there were quite a few much cheaper options within one or two blocks.
Great central location. The room was very cozy and quiet. Extremely comfortable bed. The $5 bar credit when you save on housekeeping, I thought was much more effective than asking customers to reuse towels.
If you’re travelling by car the hotel charges $50 for valet parking, there are lots of nearby parkings at substantially lower rates
Dinner in the restaurant did not meet expectations. Despite notifying of mandatory departure time at reservation and with several people in the restaurant, we were not served our dinner. The $50 voucher did not provide us with dinner that night. Will we try it again? Not likely as things stand just now.

Close to shopping, good restaurants and the Hilton where I had my conference.
Bathroom was small and cramped and sink area didn’t have a door. Towels were not very nice.
