Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent beachfront location, attentive and helpful staff, and the quality of the breakfast. Many reviews mention the spacious and comfortable rooms as a highlight. However, several guests express concerns about cleanliness and maintenance, particularly regarding bedding, room upkeep, and occasional pest issues. While the service is generally regarded as positive, some guests experienced slow or inconsistent responses. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for families and those seeking convenience and friendly service, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
