They tried to rip me off! didn't provide me with a damage for the existent damage and the employee said will provide it latter but I took pictures before I use the vehicle. Now they are saying the car never been damaged and I have to be charged for the old damages as according to their system the car never been damaged and the vehicle year is 2021! I disputed it and sent my proves but it is very poor management and it is stress and anxiety no needs for me to go through I put down a cheaper options to be with reputable company but National/Enterprise prove me wrong.

I never got a car. They said that if the reservation was made less than 24 hours before there were no cars available. Get it together.... don't set up your system to allow reservations if there are no cars available. It reminds me of airlines overbooking flights.

Highly disappointed with this company, this company decides that they are above the federal law and will not accept cash as occurrency. And you're only option is to follow whatever they want otherwise you cannot take a car and all of your holiday will be ruined.

The only negative was the windshield wipers. The right side one was, the rubber was falling offf and the left one left a streak in my field of view. Bur overall, it was a great experience.

The night before they were going to take my credit (chime credit not bank) . My son was stuck in Florida with his four year old. They wouldn’t rent it me, my. Ex husband went with exact same kind of card. And they rented go figure!

If they had a car for us. Called an hour before picking up. No cars. I think it was too good deal.And they could get more money from someone else.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The van we rented was infested with tiny roaches. They would crawl on me and the rest of the passengers. This was supppper frustrating especially since we were staying an hour away from the rental location.

Communication could have been better. When I arrived, the car I requested was not available. I was satisfied with the replacement, however this was the second time the rental I requested was not available. I was not notified beforehand and had to take what was on hand. What can you do when you arrive for the vehicle and something else is there. You have to take what is offered as there is not time to find something else.

Horrible. Received a confirmation email with a total price. When I showed up to pick up the car it was over 200 more. After 30 minutes at the counter (employee was trying) I walked away paying $75 more than quote. Then the car was old and had over 37k miles on it. Seats were stained and gross. Disappointing

I was able to reserve a car on Kayak but when I went to Hertz desk, I was told they did not have any available vehicles. It was a bit frustrating.
