Cons: Room was cold - 17 degrees at arrival. Heating was not working.

Pros: It's a very interesting place with some history behind it. Great to have cafe's, restaurants, bar and different amenities all in the same place. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: Reception and restaurant for breakfast are in a building, rooms in other buildings; everyday you have to go out and walk for 100-200 meters outside to reach the place and have your breakfast. You have to walk outside as well to reach spa; fitness charged 50 zloty. 90% of the rooms have transparent windows on the ceiling; no way to cover and from 6am in the morning light inside the room is like outside. No wireless. If you are Italian, no Italian channels

I do not think you can find a better place to stay if you have an early flight from Posnan airport, I would stay here again for that purpose.

Cons: The road out front of the hotel is currently undergoing major expansion. It was difficult to get to the hotel, but that should change within three or four months.

Cons: i didnt like the staff that was treating their customers like numbers not like people, the rooms were very small, could not chek in little bit before 2 pm, had to wait exactly untill 2 pm. For people who travel durring the night and are in the hotel at 10 am it is very uncomfortable not being able to check in ealier. I travel very often and every other hotel that i been in allowed me to check in even at 6 am without any extra charge.

Pros: it is about 6 years that I go to Mercure Poznan. I take this hotel because of the location close to the exhibition center. I found out that Sheraton hotel had better rates than you. I will keep this into consideration for my next trip to Poznan next year.

Pros: The hotel was situated very near the bus stop from the airport. (Bus nos. 59) you just had to cross the road and you were there. The rooms were very large and comfortable, and the beds, were bigger than I had anticipated, for a single sized bed. From the hotel it was a 10-15 minute walk to the main square. Cannot comment on the food, as we did not eat there. Drinks were expensive in the bar.

Pros: This hotel is divine. The rate is inexpensive and the accommodations are lovely, with special detail to cleanliness. The breakfast was well worth the price, and includes a delightful spread each morning. The best part of the hotel is the staff!! Welcoming with warm eyes and smiles. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Poznan, I can't wait to return!!

Pros: The hotel is clen,the room in which I stayed was large,well-equipped and confortable and the brakfast was excellent. It was easy to reach both Poznan city centre and train station (trams 15 and 6 respectively).,the former being about 25 minutes away and the latter 15.

Pros: Excellent value for money for the rate we paid, The room had everything we wanted and was perfectly clean and well made up each day.Staff were pleasant and helpful, The one English TV channel needs to be a bit more adventurous, Sky News repeating every 15 minutes is rather pointless, The breakfast was excellent if you get down early as replenshment is very slow or non existent, but again for the money we paid it was first class

Cons: Nothing we really disliked but some may find it a little too far out of the city centre, although there is a tram stop immediately outside the hotel. If you are there for a few days buy the 48 or 72 hour tram pass it works out much, much cheaper

Only a small bin in the bathroom, no bigger wastebasket in the room - extra trash bags and empty bottles not removed for days though complained. Complaints handled with delay or not at all. Reduction in restaurant to residents granted only after complaint.
