Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the beach and main attractions. However, many were disappointed by poor cleanliness, inadequate service, lack of value for the price paid, and subpar amenities. Complaints included dirty rooms, maintenance issues, misleading room descriptions, unhelpful staff, and missing or malfunctioning basic facilities like hot water, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. While a few guests found the staff friendly and appreciated the convenient location, the majority felt the overall experience did not meet expectations, especially given the price.
