Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent restaurant, spacious and comfortable rooms, and prime location near city attractions. Many highlight the artistic decor and amenities like the pool and spa. However, noise is a significant issue for several guests, especially from the restaurant and surrounding areas, which affects sleep quality. Some also mention inconsistent service at the front desk and minor maintenance issues, but overall, the positive aspects outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
