Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests highlighted the hotel's unique architecture, beautiful views, and overall cleanliness. Many praised the friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant and spa. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service flexibility, poor WiFi in rooms, lack of basic amenities like TV or air conditioning, and high prices compared to the services offered. The breakfast and amenities received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying them and others finding them lacking. Overall, the hotel is valued for its design, atmosphere, and staff, but there are concerns about value for price and some missing comforts.
