Pros (+) Tiki Bar outside the hotel was excellent - The morning staff was very customer service oriented - Exceeded my expectations of Sofa-Bed issues the night before. Good breakfast and staff customer at the lounge/restaurant was great
Cons (-) The evening shift did not show the same customer service of the morning staff. The room amenities such as the Sofa and T.V. should be service [checked] prior to check-in to ensure there are no issues.

Cons (-) There was barely any staff available for dinner, bar area or breakfast. The rooms were in need of updating and cleaning.

Pros (+) Everything is brand new, it’s extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. specially Tina! They also have a good happy hour from 4-7pm inside the hotel’s bar, and TT’s Tiki bar is just outside in the parking lot area.
