Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's amenities, location, and some aspects of the staff's service, especially when service recovery was demonstrated. Many found the facilities and activities enjoyable, and several reviews highlighted friendly or helpful staff. However, there were repeated concerns about food variety, cleanliness, and inconsistent service quality. Some guests noted issues with room assignments, maintenance, and the all-inclusive experience not meeting expectations. Overall, while the hotel provides a good range of amenities and a pleasant location, improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, and dining options are needed.

Pros (+) Amazing breakfast with huge variety for an all inclusive hotel
Cons (-) Room amenities and minibar. Very poor and limited quantities. Additionally the number for towels were less than the number of people per room.
