Location is good, very close to Logan but driving there involves a tricky u-turn that will confuse out-of-towners. Property looks like it was recently renovated. I found a leftover hair but my room was clean otherwise. The toilet flushed after I fiddled with it a bit. Pros (+) Attentive reception staff. Shuttle bus 24 hours friendly and helpful drivers. Hotel was clean and newly renovated looked nice. Offered to go bags with muffin, apple, nutri grain bar, water for pre-dawn checkouts.
Cons (-) The price was significantly higher the past stays. Bar staff seemed overwhelmed and short handed. Food ordered was slow and received incomplete. Requested well done wings and got a basket of black burnt wings. Why would someone serve that in the first place? The smell of burnt lingered in the hallway and elevators. Manager was kind and receptive to my concerns.

Pros (+) The staff is marvelous and the hotel was new and clean.there isn't really much around there. The hotel has a shuttle which was very nice.

Pros (+) Excellent service. They think of everything. We stayed here on the night before a 5am flight. They had a shuttle at 3am to bring us to the airport with bagged breakfast ready to go for us on the way out the door. Really friendly front desk. We also used their parking lot for the week. Overall great experience

Pros (+) Great hotel with extended airport parking.
Cons (-) Reservations were diverted to off shore person who could barely speak english. We originally booked on line but the date was automatically switched. When we called reservations the female representative with an english language issue credited the charge but ended billing us $199 for a room that had been $125 on line. We were in a bind and simply accepted the $75 up charge.

Pros (+) When we had a problem with our room they changed it relatively quickly. They also have a shuttle from the airport to subway to take into the city which was convienient.
Cons (-) We got to the hotel around 9. As soon as we got there the receptionist called someone on the phone speaking Spainish. Obviously about our room. I guess she didn't realize my boyfriend spoke spainish and could Understand there was a problem.
