Front desk was unable to provide extra pillows once the housekeeping staff had gone home. Also a 10 minute wait to check in when I got there.

Pros (+) The grab n go breakfast was good and the Kitchen in the room was perfect for our family that couldn’t eat out every night. The room was big enough for our family too and well laid out. I also liked that when we told them we have a young toddler and a baby, they put our room away from the others in case they started crying as we didn’t want to wake up other guests if that happened.
Cons (-) The kindness and friendliness of the staff. The first night we got there the ladies were super nice. However, the first time I called the front desk the next morning, they seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. I didn’t like that they don’t clean your room every night as we were there for four nights. They said it was bc of COVID, but I highly doubt that. Feels like they’re just being lazy a...

Pros (+) I liked how the staff was very nice and welcoming and how house keeping would always be right there if you needed something.
