This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."

Finally, and AGAIN KAYAK, I arrive at the airport and Turkish Air says the ticket is booked but not ticked. So I had to jump on a 30min wait over the phone trying to solve issue after issue. Never doing business again with Kayak."

Cons: "A frightful flight due to the footstomping, loud, singing, annoying, intimdating andintoxicated English football fan onboard; who were heading from Istanbul to Ukraine for football finals between Liverpool and Madrid I believe. Their behavior made the trip the worst I have ever experienced. As I was seated in the business class section, I can only comment about what I saw and heard there. In that cabin, the cabin crew served alcohol to people that were clearly drunk, yet continued to provide more alcohol. The finale was when the rear section of the plane broke out in vulgar and loud football songs; being picked up by the drunken holigans in the business class section. At this point I was fearful for my physical safety knowing the history of footballers fueled by alcohol. In addition, had there been an onboard emergency, a planeful of drunk passengers would have added to the potential for disaster."

Cons: "After missing our connecting flight in Istanbul on our Turkish Airlines flight on January 9th from LAX-Addis Ababa (due to a nearly 45 minute delayed flight), my sister and I had to spend 24 hours in Istanbul and still pay for a night in our 4 star hotel in Addis, despite the fact that we weren't there. So, in preparation for our flight back to LAX, I spent hours on the phone with a Turkish Airlines representative to ensure that we would not miss our connecting flight on the way back to LAX on January 29 (Jomo Kenyatta-IST-LAX). The TA representative spoke very little English and became incredibly frustrated with me when I expressed my concern about how closely scheduled our connecting flights in Istanbul were. The representative said she could "help us" by seating us at the back of the plane from Jomo Kenyatta-IST, as she was "mostly sure" that our plane would deboard from the back of the plane once we arrived in Istanbul and, in theory, we wouldn't have to wait behind all the other customers to exit. This was totally incorrect: our plane only deboarded from the front exit door and the seats she selected at the back would surely have caused us to miss our next flight were it not for the fact that the plane wasn't full and we arrived only a few minutes late. Still, by the time we got off the plane in IST, our connecting flight was already 15 minutes into boarding. We showed the TA attendants our boarding passes at the long security line, and at first they both said, "don't worry, it will be fine". I had to convince them to let us skip the line as we would clearly have missed our flight. Once we finally made it through security we ran through the ENTIRE Istanbul airport to get to our gate, as we could hear them calling the final boarding call for our flight to LAX. We literally ran as fast as we could for almost 20 minutes straight, with all of our bags, which ended up being over a mile, I would guess. When we got to our gate, we had to go through yet another security line - WHY??? Apparently there was a celebrity in front of us, and while we were sweating and nervous about missing our flight, the security agents were taking selfies with the celebrity. It was insulting and rude and totally unprofessional. The take away for me is that Turkish Airlines should NOT be allowed to sell flights to people that give them less than an hour to make international connecting, especially in an airport as large and disorganized as Istanbul, and especially when Turkish Airlines flights are often late or delayed. This was one of the most stressful flying experiences of my life."

My wife next to me in the middle seat was fortunate that the passenger in front of her did not recline her seat."

Exaggerations occur sometimes when people are inconvenienced so I checked my call logs and social media accounts and found I completed multiple phone calls and status updates from New York over and hour after Turkish airlines tells me I left. One of us is lying and at this point I'm inclined to agree with facebook that I was still in JFK airport an hour after my flight was scheduled to leave when I updated my status to gripe about the delays."

They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule."

The only flight to Manchester was the next night and would have gotten us to Manchester by 6pm. I had to rent a car at midnight and drive the four hours to be able to attend the reunion I was flying up for."

MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"
