Pros (+) + great location + attached by skywalks and subways to the Mayo Clinic and downtown mall. + Very nice concierge lounge. Great evening appetizers. + Right in downtown + Very clean rooms + Room service is fast and food was great.
Cons (-) - Room A/c does not work in winter. Could not get room below 72 degrees. - Self parking can not be added to room charge. - Concierge Lounge is very warm.
