Worst hotel I've stayed at
Everything was just terrible. The hotel was dirty and stunk really bad and the staff wasn't any better. They were more interested in being on their phones. Carpet was very dirty in the rooms.
After trying to for 30min to get a hot shower I gave up. I told the hotel manager who then proceeded to check the hot water in the hotel from a running sink in the lobby as if he didn't believe me. He then apologized but it wasn't sincere and did not even offer to provide any form of compensation. When I arrived to inform him of this, he was on the phone walking around the lobby on a personal call speaking Indian while another woman, that looked like his wife, was eating breakfast. I had to wait for him to finish his personal phone call in another language. These managers need some customer service training big time.
