The location of the hotel is very practical close to Roma termini which the key station to all part of Roma The hotel deign itself is very nice, very new and very modern Rooms are in good size and full facilities is available Good open buffet breakfast and nice bar at night Wifi is good, ac is good and bathroom is fine
However the surrounding area is bit low class so you expect to see undisrable faces looking at you so you have to be cautious The hotel is overrated for five star, this should be 4 star
One of the best pools in Rome. Room was quiet and very, very clean.
Breakfast was chaos. No plates, no clean glasses, and a coffee machine in ROME?! I was only offered a real cappucino the morning I checked out. Room service and bar service overpriced.
photographs on web are nice, but reality is such.
at night in a cold room, despite the warnings were not corrected frontdesk
Hotel is perfect very nice and beautiful, design was perfect, I like also a reception service they are very helpful...
Location was not in good position, you fill yourself as you are in china not in Italy, very dirty streets around Hotel... This hotel is not for 5 star because there is not a swimming pool inside and there is not a service to send a luggage in your room...
The fact that it was close to city centre with walking distance to most attractions.
The hotelroom did not have a/c only heater and as room was facing sun all day and is very small it was constantly boiling hot (30 degrees celsius) same applied in breakfast room, we can only imagine how hot it would be during summer!! The hotel is a bit run down with minor things not functioning in the room, we also found a bug in the bedding. Its def not value for money as its not 5 star hotel quality, it needs refurbishment to meet the 5 stars its awarded. We furthermore got bad service in the hotel restaurant (we had to ask for our wine 3 times and got main course before wine was served) menu was poor and considering they were not busy they should have been more attentive when taking the order etc.
Hotel design was excellent wether it be the reception, rooms or the roof top bar and pool.
Its situated to the east of the city in a more run down location. Quite intimidating venturing out at night. The hotel prices for food and drink are extravigent to say the least resulting that guests must venture out for food and drink.
Shower was shabby.
Nice modern hotel in good location (next to train station), lovely-ice cold pool on the roof, good size rooms.
Swimming pool is open for public!!! Thats not what you expect from 5 star hotel. On Sunday pool was packed. Pool guy was very unhelpful and uncooperative. You cant move beds (at all) for your convenience. Very disappointing. Breakfast only average. We could never get a cup, plate or cutlery.
The room was fantastic and the staff were friendly and very helpful
Room was very comfortable and housekeeping were excellent. Hotel was central, could walk to most places of interest also very handy to the metro.
Rooms were quite small - It was expensive.
Architecturally striking even if not practical
Rooms very dirty, poor maintenance, air conditioning not working, pool dirty. A nice hotel run down through neglect.
Staff was excellent
Location is dreadful. Some rooms have shower in middle of room not very luxorious
