Pros (+) This is a fine, comfortable hotel with an excellent location. Coming from smaller hotels in Tuscany, we found the staff a tad impersonal and businesslike, but really no serious complaints. The room was beautiful, the rooftop breakfast patio even moreso. There's a subway station right across the street, and any number of restaurants in the neighborhood.
Cons (-) Our only complaint about the room was that the shower stall was tiny and leaked water on the floor. The bathtub, which also had a shower, had a small class panel to keep the shower water in, but that also leaked. The view from the breakfast patio, as indicated, was lovely; the food, however, was not terribly inspiring, just adequate.
