Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers noting positive experiences at the reception and with management. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, citing dirty showers, floors, and untidy conditions. The breakfast was frequently criticized for poor organization, limited choices, and items running out. Room size was also a common concern, with several guests finding the rooms too small or cramped. Overall, while service stood out positively, cleanliness, breakfast quality, and room size were notable drawbacks.
