Pros (+) The location was not bad.
Cons (-) The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The beds where not comfortable at all and the pillows were rock hard which give you a headache. It was not well kept not clean. The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly nor helpful at all. She offered to print me a bill and when I said yes, she said well you should have one in your email. Pros (+) Many pillows
Cons (-) Dirty toilet, cramped bathroom, old furniture, hard bed, one tiny towel per person, black stain on sheets

Pros (+) Bed super comfy. Staff nice. Well located to everything you can need for a day off from driving cross country. Starbucks, Kroger, CVS and a Goodwill all walking distance.
Cons (-) Flat screen TV had STATIC(?!) on much of the stations. I chose a handicapped room so i would be on the first floor. The bathroom smelled like an old folks home. The shower barely worked. Think water fountain - one tiny stream of water.

Poor

Pros (+) Not much.
Cons (-) The room was dirty, service was rude, not a lot of people there, and on the periphery of town. This was the cheapest hotel I could find on the Salem-Roanoke area of VA and it definitely was the most basic, nasty places in the area.
