Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and beautiful views of the mountains. However, many reviews reported significant issues with cleanliness, poor service, and unhelpful or absent staff. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of promised amenities such as breakfast, working pool, WiFi, and functioning laundry facilities. The hotel was also described as outdated and in need of repairs, with problems like broken elevators, musty smells, and maintenance issues being common.
