Pros (+) Location was beautiful. Big rooms family was comfortable.
Cons (-) Some of the staff was rude. The First Lady to try to check me in was really nice and polite. Our room wasn't ready when we showed up so she gave us a free appetizer at the restaurant. We went down to eat while we waited and what appeared to be the manager of the restaurant was just talking away with a waiter and they kept looking at us and ignoring us. Cons (-) I had to get housekeeping to clean the bathroom as it was really, really disgusting! The toilet was so bad I do not know how they could possibly not clean it. Then the shower also looked like it had been used as a toilet! Had to also go to front desk our second day there to ask for some one to clean our room! Beautiful grounds but housekeeping is the worst I have ever seen! Not what I would expect...

Cons (-) Wasn't as close to the beach as they advertise. Still had to take about a 15-20 minute drive. The room service is terrible. Very limited menu, nothing very appetizing. we finally decided on a pizza and a pork dish, which were both very bland and not that good to be honest. And our bill turned out to be $90!!! Such a rip off. That's the most I've ever paid for something like that and I've stayed at...

Pros (+) The view was amazing, the hotel was beautiful.
Cons (-) , I wish there were more staff on hand for the check out, I would have liked to confirm the receipt and everything, but the line was so long that we had to leave to make an appointment we had without getting to the front desk.
