Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location near the beach, downtown La Jolla, and shopping areas, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area. The staff receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding them friendly and helpful, while others mention issues with inexperience or poor service. Noise is a common complaint, particularly from street traffic, the rooftop, and internal sources like AC units and corridors. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though a few guests noted issues in public areas or with strong cleaning odors.
