Pros (+) The staff weee very friendly and helpful, location is awesome
Cons (-) I realize that booking on things like kayak sometimes leaves you with "whatever's left"... but this was silly. I've booked bigger rooms for less money in Manhattan...I killed no less than 10 mosquitos in the room and two huge spiders.
