Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly, helpful staff, especially at the front desk. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service, including unhelpful or confusing front desk interactions and extra charges. Cleanliness was also a concern in a few cases, with some guests noting dirty rooms or linens. Value for price was questioned by multiple guests, citing expensive parking, additional fees, and rooms not matching expectations. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the staff were highlights, service and value concerns were recurring themes.AI-generated from customer reviews
